New Knowledge Base & Ticket System

The day arrives in any successful business where you need to absorb new methods in order to continue to provide good service for your customers, members or clients.

I get daily e-mails.. and for way to long I tried to manage much of them using a simple web-based e-mail system. That would sometimes get messy. Especially if I just launched something, sent out to my list or whatever.. it could get really piled up and disorganized as it blends with all the other e-mails I get hourly!

So I’ve set up a Support System from Kayako.

It not only will serve as a place for me to more easily manage coorespondence with prospects, customers, members and my clients, but it will also serve as a great system to have a knowledge base.

Basically a Knowledge Base is used in order to organize infromation related to a site. I will not of course include many of my methods, but general questions related to this site, adwords and affiliate marketing.
